Preparing for the NHA Certification Exam - Which Knowledge is Tested?
Each certification candidate will have 30 days to access and utilize the NHA's certification
study guide material when ordering/registering for an NHA exam! There are two option to choose from:
* Electronic Study Guide: sent via email
* Printed and Mailed Study Guide
The exams reflect established values and standards of the profession, and are designed to help attain written
verification and documentation of professional knowledge and skills. Typically, administrative and clinical skill
theory is tested via multiple choice questions.
Where Are the Exams Held? Certification exams are usually taken at designated testing
centers at certain intervals, on certain dates. Only registrants for the certification exams can get into the
center, and late arrivals will not be let in. A proctor will be present the entire time.
